As a consultant we do not perform many of the services we offer on this website. Our procedures are as follows. When you (the costomer) call SimpleTechGuy, we will ask you to describe the problem you are having. If your issue is related to computers, (eg. virus removal, wireless network problems) we will come to you and fix the problem ourselves. However, if your problem is related to any other field, (eg. home entertainment, surveillance systems, or web hosting) we have many partners who give us discount rates for referrals. Each of our partners are licensed and insured and have been in business for years.
